We also have all of the recent ordiances, meeting agenda, minutes and board packets available as convenient PDF documents.

In addition to the written word, you can also watch live broadcasts of all regular board meetings and study sessions as well as most adjourned and special meetings. You can also view older videos in the archives. To make things easier, each meeting has its own page that includes agenda, board packet, minutes, live or archived video and also links to all documents that were passed during that meeting.

Birth Records

Residents and visitors interested in obtaining copies of birth certificates should contact the Champaign County Clerk’s office, as the Village of Rantoul does not maintain these records on file.

We are always working to bring you the most complete online presentation of each public meeting. For 2009, you will be able to find the agenda and minutes for each meeting, but we are also making the complete packet that each board member receives available for PDF download.

Public Participation Sign-Up Form

The Mayor and Village Board have asked that all public comments at the meetings be made under the Public Participation part of the agenda. Citizens are asked to complete the form and return it to the Village Clerk or Deputy Clerk prior to the meeting. Download the form here »
