to electric, gas (for citizens on the former Chanute
Air Force Base), water and waste water, the Public
Works Department also maintains public streets,

| The Illinois
E-Pay system allows customers to pay their bills
conveniently on the Internet. You can pay using
your major credit card or by e-check. This program
is operated by the State of Illinois and there is
a $3.50 convenience charge for using the service.
This fee is not charged or collected by the Village
