Included with your membership and purchase of a daily pass, we offer several classes throughout the week. Classes are 50 minutes in length. Express classes are 40 minutes. Please bring your own floor mat, water bottle, and towel if needed. Class participants must be 14 years of age. All classes are subject to change/cancellations. All fitness levels welcome!
