1. Owner/agent submits a set of
drawings of project including a site drawing of
the project, including a site drawing showing
building location, foundation drawing, building
floor plan and elevation drawings. Explain what
building framing materials will be used.
2. Plan review by staff, (if is
approved, go to #4, if not, go to #3).
3. Meet with Village staff
A. Resubmit revised drawing and
plans
B. Staff will again review, (if
approved, go to #4, if not, return to #3).
4. Permit issued upon receipt of
payment.
