Welcome to the Rantoul Police Department website. As the Chief of Police, I have the privilege to represent the members of the department. The department is accredited with the Illinois Law Enforcement Accreditation Program (ILEAP) and we pride ourselves on delivering the highest quality of police services that our residents deserve and expect.

The Rantoul Police Department is committed to serving and protecting our community based on the ideals of community-based policing. Our mission is to maintain the safety of our citizens, to preserve the peace, to protect property, and to improve the quality of life in the Village of Rantoul.
