Requirements

An annual license is required for all Relocator / Towing establishments within the Village of Rantoul as outlined by Chapter 38 of the Village Code. Licenses are issued for the period of May 1 to April 30.

Applications

A completed application, insurance certificate, and fee should be submitted to the Village Clerk for review. Allow 1-2 weeks for processing.

Fee

The license fee is $100 annually.

Insurance

Applicant is required to provide an insurance certificate with coverage as outlined in the Village Code. Insurance coverage is required for the term of the license.

Renewal

Annual renewal application may be submitted from March 1 to April 10 of each year. Once the license is approved, the license will be mailed to the business.
