The Neighborhood Services Coordination Division was created as a result of the Rantoul Tomorrow Initiative which identified Neighborhoods as being one of three areas of focus for improving the quality of life for all residents in the community.  Neighborhood Services Coordination is responsible for citizen education and outreach, coordination of interdepartmental efforts to solve neighborhood problems, organizing neighborhoods and promoting neighborhood self-help programs to address community priorities.
