Rantoul Recreation will be hosting it's annual FREE youth halloween party this sunday 10/27/13 from 2pm-4pm at Wabash Park. Kids 4-12 in coustume, accompanied by an adult, can participate in games, inflatables and enjoy snacks and refreshments. Come out for a good time!!!!
