Project Description: Project consists of the renovation of an existing type 2B, fully sprinkled recreational facility. A new secure vestibule entrance shall be created and existing storefront windows on the buildings exterior shall be replaced with new clerestory windows utilizing the existing openings. The renovation includes upgraded floor, wall and ceiling finishes, new lighting fixtures and controls, and plumbing fixtures. Replacement of the air handler and modification of ductwork will also be required to condition the gymnasium space.
